At Cridland Crafted, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and precision. Because of the nature of our work, we have a few important policies in place to ensure clarity and mutual respect between us and our valued customers.

Order Processing
All Cridland Crafted products are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for knives and 1-2 weeks for leather goods to be completed. This timeline may vary slightly depending on current workload, custom requested, or material availability. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Custom Orders
We love brining your ideas to life. If you're looking for a custom knife or leather item, get in touch to discuss design, materials, and pricing. A deposit may be required before work begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Payment
Full payment is required before any order is shipped or delivered! For custom pieces, a 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the balance due upon completion.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at shipping. Local pickup may be available upon request. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or message.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there's a problem with your order (such as defect or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll do our best to make it right.
Sharpening & Repair Services
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your Cridland Crafted knife or leather item needs maintenance or repair, we offer sharpening and restoration services. Contact us for pricing and turnaround time.
Workshops & Events
Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the booking.
Care & Us
Our products are made to last -- with proper care. Knives should be hand-washed and dried immediately. Adding an oil to the blade to prevent tarnishing. Leather goods benefit from regular conditioning. We include care instructions with each item: Following them helps ensure longevity.
